Kathleen Ulland-Klinkner, Senior Pastor
[email protected] Pastor Kathy joined Our Saviors as senior pastor in December 2019. She served as the Director of Youth and Education Ministries at Our Savior’s from 1988-2011. Kathy grew up on a farm near Blooming Prairie and is a graduate of St. Olaf College. She attended Luther Seminary while working at Our Savior’s as Director of Youth and Education. Upon receiving her Master of Divinity, her first call was to Augustana/East Sveadahl Ministries in St. James. Kathy is married to Gregg and they have two sons, Tyler (Alyson) and Adam. In addition to spending time with her family, Kathy enjoys gardening, reading, walking and watching Minnesota sports teams. Kathy is thankful to have been called to ministry first as a youth director, and then as a pastor. Serving God and God’s church is both a privilege and a joy for Pastor Kathy. |
Jen Geiger, Office Administrator
[email protected] Jen joined the OSLC team in October 2018 as the Office Administrator. Prior to coming to Our Savior's, Jen spent 12 years as a paralegal in Winona and the Twin Cities. Jen and her husband, Matt, are both NUHS graduates, and have one son. Jen enjoys gardening, playing with their cats, knitting, and cheering for the Twins, Vikings, and Wild. |
Lois Aufderheide, Business Administrator

Lois joined the staff in December 2023. Prior to coming to Our Savior's, Lois was at Frandsen Bank & Trust in New Ulm for 34 years as a mortgage lender and underwriter. Lois and her husband, Dale, live in New Ulm. They have two adult sons: Bob of New Ulm (married to Deanna) and Travis of Willmar (married to Kylie). They also have three grandkids: Blake - a 7th grader at Cathedral, Kyla - a 4th grader at St. Anthony's, and Peyton - a Kindergartner in Willmar, MN. Lois enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, canning, and attending grandkids' activities.

Lindsay Medina, Education Ministry Coordinator
[email protected] Lindsay Medina joined the OLSC team in August 2018, as the Education Ministry Coordinator. She has a passion for working in the church, and truly enjoys spending time with her church family. Lindsay was born and raised in New Ulm. Lindsay has two children, Kane and Kru. She enjoys spending time with them, making memories and enjoying life together. |
Tom Maidl, Director of Music Ministries
[email protected] Tom joined the staff in September of 2023 as Director of Music Ministries. Prior to coming to Our Savior’s, Tom spent 16 years accompanying for area churches and schools. Tom studied Classical Voice and Piano from Shannon Stuckey for 15 years, as well as a year at NDSU. Tom and his partner, Michael Looft, live a few miles west of Winthrop. Michael is currently the City Manager in Winthrop. In Tom’s spare time he enjoys Gardening, Quilting, working on the family farm, and campaigning their champion Clydesdale horses across the Midwest. Tom is very excited to be a part of Staff at OSLC, and looks forward to keeping OSLC a singing congregation. |
Madeline Cacciatore-Warta, Children's Choir Director
[email protected] Madeline joined the OSLC staff as the Adult Choir director in 2019, and became the Children's Choir director in 2023. She also works full-time as a music teacher at Jefferson Elementary. Madeline is from Des Moines, IA and went to Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. Her husband Joey is a life-long member of Our Savior's and they are looking forward to continuing their faith journey and growing their family at OSLC. |
Sarah Berger, Adult and Children's Handbell Director
[email protected] Sarah joined the staff as handbell director in 2023. She earned her degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Sarah and her husband, Matt, are originally from Marshfield, WI and have been raising their three daughters in New Ulm since 2008. |
