Bible Studies and Adult Education
Bible 101 - Starting February 11th or 12th, choose either Sunday or Monday. Come and learn about the Bible. No previous knowledge required. The only requirement is to bring your questions and your inquisitive minds. Click here for resources used in the class.
Saturday Men's Bible Study
Men of all ages from OSLC gather Saturday mornings at 8:30AM in the Upper Room for fellowship and a Bible study! This group meets during the school year, and is an informal gathering. The group determines which book of the Bible will be discussed.
Women of the ELCA (WELCA)
The WELCA board is instrumental in helping to promote faith and journey to all the women of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. There are eight members: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, mission growth, mission action, mission community, and Luther Memorial Home Representative.
You can become involved in WELCA by attending bible studies/circles, Bazaar Mission Work Day, World Day of Prayer, or any of our special events.
The WELCA Board meets the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m.
Beautiful Savior Circle meets on the 2nd Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., and Immanuel Circle on the 2nd Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
Quilting meets on the 4th Tuesday of September at 9:00 a.m. and prepares the quilts that are presented to the congregation's graduating high school students in the spring.
