Deacons Ministry Team

The Deacons Ministry Team nurtures the spiritual growth of the congregation by encouraging people to recognize and share their talents in worship and service to others. This ministry team oversees all that is worship-related. There are six Deacons that each serve a two-year term. Members of this team prepare the altar for each worship service and assist in serving communion. They also prepare the font for baptisms. The team could use your help for many tasks related to worship, such as: bake communion bread, lector or usher at services, or calling other members and organizing volunteer services. The Deacons Ministry Team meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
