In honor of Earth Day (yesterday), let’s get out and keep God’s Earth beautiful!!
Last year for Earth Day, our Choir Faith and Fun kids picked up trash around the church. Attached are some pictures from last year.
I encourage you to help out this year by picking up trash in your yard or neighborhood, plant a tree, or simply go for a walk and enjoy God’s amazing creations.

Today for faith at home I have attached a video of fun Christian music for kids!
If you stream music on a different device, find a station that plays kids praise music!
It’s a fun way to feel God's love, share his word, and dance your way to a good mood

Faith at Home: Maundy Thursday
After you watch the video here are some things to talk about and do:
What special meals do you have with your family? Christmas? Birthday? Easter? What special foods do you have on those days?
Draw a picture of your table at home and a picture of the table (altar) at church where we serve Holy Communion.
Trace your hands and write or draw how you can use your hands to help somebody.
Make a heart and on the inside write "Jesus loves you!" Give the heart away.

Prepping for Palm Sunday
Listen to the Palm Sunday story from the Spark Story Bible.
Decorate a door or window at home with something green in preparation for Palm Sunday.
Find something green to wave during Sunday service, or make a palm branch of your own!
Don’t forget to send us a picture of your preparations, we would love to see what you come up with!

FAITH AT HOME:
Dig into the Bible!
The Bible is divided into 2 parts. What are they called?
What is the first book of the Old Testament?
What is the first book of the New Testament?
How many books of the Bible are there?
Look up Genesis 1:31 (and read it to someone)
Look up Matthew 5:14 (and read it to someone)
What is your favorite bible story?
Why do you like it?
Ask someone about their favorite bible story and why they like it.
Art Activity:
Write your favorite bible verse on a sheet of paper and decorate it!
Here are some of my favorites:
Psalm 46:10
Psalm 119:105
Philippians 4:13

Listen to this story that teaches us how each member of the church is special and important. After listening to the story do some of these activities:
Tell each person you live with three talents they have or are good at doing.
Name one way you can help at Our Savior's.
Draw a picture of yourself helping another person.

Today I am reading the story The Lost Sheep and Lost Coin.
In crazy times like this, we can all feel a little lost. Remember God will ALWAYS find us ❤️
Here is a fun scavenger hunt to do after the story:
Find something:
Fuzzy
Shiny
Big
Small
Makes you smile
Makes a noise
Makes you think of Jesus
Makes you frown
Find 10 of something
Find 100 of something
(Remember to put everything back where you found it once you are finished)

Being thankful...
M&Ms

Red: people you love
Blue: water (place/activity/creature)
Yellow: things that brighten your day
Orange: your favorite food
Brown: things you like to do
The Bible teaches us to be thankful and to praise God: Read Psalm 150

Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 - Baptism
Today Pastor Kathy’s message is on Baptism.
When were you baptized?
Where were you baptized?
Who are your sponsors or Godparents?
What do your parents remember about your baptism?
Now ask your parents about their baptism and reach out to one more person about their baptism (Call a friend or grandparent)!
